We are a growing specialist clinic looking for a Customer Care Executive to support daily clinic operations and patient coordination.
Are you someone who enjoys working with people in a professional healthcare environment?
This role sits at the heart of the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Welcome patients warmly and professionally
- Assist in dispensing medications under doctor supervision
- Process payments and manage POS accurately
Training will be provided.
Who We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates or young professionals in:
Business | Marketing | Psychology | Communications | Healthcare Management | Pharmacy | Nutrition
You should:
- Speak Malay, English, and Mandarin
- Be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality
Medical background is not required.
