Medication Delivery Service for Our Patients in Malaysia

Medication Delivery for Our Patients

Yes — we offer medication delivery.

If you’re unable to come to the clinic for your refill, we can arrange to have your medications delivered to you.

Whether you are busy, unwell, travelling, or living outside Kuala Lumpur, simply contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Our goal is straightforward:

To ensure your treatment continues without interruption.

Wherever You Are in Malaysia

Some of our patients live outside the Klang Valley.
Others travel from different states for consultations and return home afterward.

Whether you are in Sabah, Sarawak, or anywhere else in Malaysia — we can arrange delivery to you.

Distance should never compromise continuity of care.

How Our Delivery Service Works

Step 1 – Contact Us

Call or WhatsApp: 03-41413240

Email: wooallergyclinic@gmail.com

Let us know what you require.

Our team will review your medical records, confirm prescription details, and verify your contact number and delivery address.

Accuracy comes first.

For certain controlled or high-risk medications — such as immunosuppressants or steroids — a recent clinical review may be required.

If you have not attended follow-up for an extended period, we may advise a consultation before arranging delivery.

This ensures that your treatment remains safe, appropriate, and properly monitored.

Step 2 – Payment

Payment is made via online bank transfer.

We will calculate the delivery fees for you.

An invoice or receipt will be prepared for you.

Once payment is confirmed, your medications are carefully packed for dispatch.

Step 3 – Delivery

Delivery is typically completed within 3-5 working days.

We can arrange:

  • Courier delivery
  • GoGet delivery
  • Your Driver or Person pickup (free of charge)

For high-value or temperature-sensitive medications, we generally recommend in-clinic collection due to transport risks.

While we perform thorough checks before dispatch, delivery risks are assumed by the recipient once the parcel leaves the clinic. We will always communicate clearly and ensure proper handling on our end.

Behind Every Delivery

What most people don’t see is what happens before a parcel leaves our clinic.

Inventory monitoring.
Expiration checks.
Supply forecasting.
Stock planning.

We meticulously review every box and bottle — not simply to count medication, but to ensure that when you need it, it is available.

For many of our patients, these treatments are not optional.

They are essential.

When Supply Chains Tighten

During the COVID-19 pandemic, medication shortages became a real concern.

We chose to stock up early — even when it meant higher upfront costs — so our patients would not face interruptions in treatment.

We hope such disruptions never happen again.

But if they do, we will prepare the same way.

Because continuity matters.

A Small Clinic, A Clear Commitment

Patients today have many options, and sometimes medications may appear cheaper elsewhere.

We understand that.

But when you obtain your medications through us, you are also supporting:

  • Proper storage and handling
  • Responsible stock management
  • Personalised follow-up
  • A clinic that plans ahead for uncertainty

We may not be the largest provider, but we are committed to keeping pricing reasonable while maintaining safety and reliability.

Your support allows us to maintain access to medications so that no patient is left behind.

Continuity. Reliability. Partnership.

Our delivery service exists to make treatment easier for you.

If you need a refill and cannot attend in person — whether you are in Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Sarawak, or anywhere else in Malaysia — contact us.

We will guide you step by step.

Managing your condition is already enough.

Accessing your medication should not be another burden.
