We are a growing specialist clinic looking for a Customer Care Executive to support daily clinic operations and patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Welcome patients warmly and professionally
  • Assist in dispensing medications under doctor supervision
  • Process payments and manage POS accurately

Training will be provided.

Who We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates or young professionals in:

Business | Marketing | Psychology | Communications | Healthcare Management | Pharmacy | Nutrition

You should:

  • Speak Malay, English, and Mandarin
  • Be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality

Medical background is not required.
