Dr Natasha Eleena

Dr. Natasha Eleena has dual qualifications, first earning her Bachelor of Medical Sciences, followed by her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from SEGi University. With a background in general practice and a passion for both allergy and dermatology, Dr. Natasha has furthered her expertise through a Professional Diploma in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. 

Known for her firm yet fair approach, Dr. Natasha doesn’t shy away from being direct with her patients. She believes in giving clear guidance, setting firm expectations, and holding patients accountable—because she genuinely wants the best for them. Beneath her no-nonsense demeanor lies a deep well of empathy and dedication. She cares deeply, even when it doesn’t always show on the surface.

Dr Liau Jia Li

Dr Liau Jia Li is an Allergy Specialist. She brings a wealth of expertise from her previous tenure as a consultant allergist at Wythenshawe Hospital Manchester UK before returning to Malaysia. She graduated from Queen’s University Belfast and obtained her specialization through NHS Leicester and Manchester. Dr Liau is very dedicated to patient care. She is currently a senior lecturer at IMU and is part of The Allergy Immunology Clinic. Her arrival enriches the clinic’s offerings, promising personalized and innovative allergy care tailored to each patient’s needs. She has special interests in Allergic Rhinits, Asthma and Drug Allergy Testing.

Dr Berne Cheah

Dr. Berne Cheah has 10 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner before joining the Allergy Immunology Clinic. A graduate of First Sechenov Moscow State Medical University, Class of 2013, Dr. Cheah provides comprehensive primary care with a keen emphasis on lifelong learning and adopting new medical knowledge. She holds a special clinical interest in paediatric allergies and asthma care, offering expert management and support to her youngest patients and their families.

Dr Tay Chee Sin

Dr. Tay Chee Sin is a dedicated medical officer committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. She holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from UCSI University and was honored with a competitive opportunity to gain pre-doctoral research experience at Harvard Medical School (2017-2018), where she brings both scientific insight and a human touch to her practice. She has published research in a leading medical journal, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based practice and continual medical advancement.

With experience in clinical diagnosis, emergency, and critical care, Dr. Tay has developed a keen interest in allergy and immunology — focusing on helping patients better understand their conditions and achieve long-term wellness. Her commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based medicine reflects her belief that modern healthcare should combine innovation with compassion, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care tailored to their needs.

Dr. Tay strives to create a supportive space where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered to take charge of their health. Through education, empathy, and personalized care, she hopes to inspire confidence and greater health awareness in every individual she meets.
