- There is hospital parking available — allow extra time during peak hours.
- If you use a ride-share/taxi (Grab), tell the driver to drop you at the MOB Specialist Building (Located opposite Emergency Department) for the easiest access.
- The MOB is wheelchair accessible; elevators go to all clinic floors.

When you visit, here’s what to expect:
- Nurses will welcome you, take your history, and understand your current symptoms.
- Our Allergy & Immunology Physicians will examine you, review your reports, and arrange any necessary tests (such as skin prick or allergy blood tests).
- Dr. Kent Woo may review your case (especially for complex or long-term conditions)

✅ Appointments are booked by the hour (e.g., 9:00 AM).
✅ Please arrive on time – whoever comes first at that hour will be seen first.
✅ Walk-ins welcome – but priority goes to scheduled patients
❌ Late arrivals (e.g., 9:30 AM for a 9:00 AM slot) are considered missed, and will be seen after on-time patients.
This helps ensure fair and efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.
⚠️What to Bring for Your Appointment
To help us assess you properly, please bring:
✅ Current medications (inhalers, creams, tablets, supplements, skincare products)
✅ Previous reports (blood tests, allergy tests, discharge summaries)
✅ Any previous specialist notes (can also be emailed in advance)

Important: Do not stop medications before your visit unless advised by our clinic. We will review everything and guide you accordingly.

Insurance Notes
- Personal medical insurance usually covers inpatient care rather than outpatient allergy testing or clinic visits.
- If you need hospital admission, please go through the Emergency Department. The on-call physician can admit you, and arrange for Dr. Kent Woo’s consultation if needed.
